Author Spotlight: David Carlson, author of the “Angel Cloud Poetry” series

David P. Carlson is a poet and songwriter who authored the Angel Cloud Poetry series, published by Author Reputation Press.

David has published three poetry collections with ARPress, namely Angel Cloud Poetry: Life’s Journey, Angel Cloud Poetry: The Jasmine Of The Night, and Angel Cloud Poetry: The Esoterica Of Beatific Poetry.

David was born in Dearborn, Michigan. At the age of two, he moved to Beeville,Texas, where he found care from his adoptive parents Mr. and Mrs. P.O. Carlson, whom he considers to be “two of the finest people ever.”

He was raised with a Christian culture, an upbringing that he says was filled with love and wonderful experience. His childhood also built the foundation for his knowledge in trade, writing poems and music, recording songs, and praising God.

Regarding his poetry, David says, “My hope is that my story, poem, and songs will give a sense of peace and hope to all that reads these words.”
