Author Spotlight: Saraswati Raman — author, translator and a Sahaja yogi

Saraswati Raman, translator of Sahaja Yoga: An Experiential Treatise originally written by V. N. Phadke and author of Sahaja Yoga: Heal and Integrate Your Subtle Energy System, is a Sahaja yogi with the gifts of spiritually-bent mind, uncanny intuition, and extreme sensitivity.

Using her abilities, Saraswati has written a handful of books that tackle the evolution of human beings through energizing of their subtle energy centers.

Prior to publishing her books, she worked in the banking industry for more than three decades. The corporate environment has exposed Saraswati to various human interactions that provided her the opportunity to examine various human behavioral traits and weaknesses. As a result, she has become more reflective and considerate of the spiritual aspect of humans.

Saraswati began her Sahaja yoga study around two decades ago, leading to a renewed life. A few remarkable events that since took place include her recovery from schizophrenia, a boost in her career, and her completion of a master’s degree in finance and an MD in alternative medicine.

She also runs a virtual yoga and meditation center that offers 12 one-on-one yoga sessions for 20 minutes. Each session is customized to your specific requirements. The sessions also guide you through Yogic asanas, Pranayam and Meditation practices that directly deal with your unique situation and goals.

She has also successfully integrated her physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual aspects in a harmonious way.
