The book follows the story of Major General Daniel Jorgensen and his family, who have just gone back in Knoxville, Colorado where Dan is ROTC instructor at the community college.

Dan is hoping that the attacks on him and his family are over. But having put over 200 in prison, and some on death row, plus 10 dead for murder and various other serious crimes, a number of people are now after him.

Despite this, Dan and his wife Grace are prepared for most attacks on their family. You would think that with the death rate of attackers during their attacks on Dan and family, the attacks would drop. Only time will tell.
