Dan Jorgensen: University President follows the story of the eponymous character who is called on to help the U.S. Department of Defense combat murder and treason in the country even as he has already embraced a new life as a university president and teacher.
This is after Congress has declared war against traitors who bring trouble the Department of Defense. Dan Jorgensen, a retired general, has been tapped again to lead the offensive against this threat to national security.
Dan has been given a brevet or temporary promotion to General of the Army, a General with five stars, to lead this effort. After a quick clean up, he is ordered to take over as president of the Knoxville College, which has just been designated as Knoxville University. When he is not teaching, he continues his fight against murderers and traitors.
