Michael Cristian’s “The Princess: A Fairy Tale” is inspired by various fairy tales
Fairy tales have long been part of our collective lives as fans of bedtime stories. We’ve grown up listening to the tales of magical worlds where dragons live among humans, where kingdoms fight over one ring that holds immense power, and more.
If these tales sound familiar to you, you might want to check out Michael Cristian’s The Princess: A Fairy Tale.
Engaging, inspiring, and thrilling, this book follows the story of a young princess named Malina who sets out to save her beloved knight from captivity.
The book takes deep inspiration from the Lord of the Rings series by J. R. R. Tolkien. In addition, its story and characterization are heavily influenced by other popular tales like the Dragonheart film series, especially by the Dragonheart: Vengeance, where a young farmer teams up with a dragon and a mercenary to get revenge on raiders.
The author also revealed that the biblical epic film One Night With The King has played a role in helping to bring the book to life. It’s a story of Hadassah, a young Jewish girl who travels to Persia, where she is chosen by King Xerxes to be his queen. She then learns a dark truth that forces her to save her kingdom from destruction.
Michael’s own epic fantasy tale combines these tales into a single book that will make you hold your breath as you read along. It’s available to purchase via Amazon.
