Author Spotlight: Michael Cristian, author with an aspiration for acting
Michael Cristian, author of The Princess: A Fairy Tale, is also an aspiring actor.
He took his first acting role when he was in the sixth grade, performing as Jacob Marley from Charles Dickens’ classic A Christmas Carol.
In addition, he loves watching movies and learning about history along with gothic themes such as castles, cemeteries, and dark forests.
Michael is a member of The Order of Granaderos y Damas de Galvez, a group that aims to educate the public about Spain’s contributions to the American Revolution.
His book is a fictional work inspired by various fairy tales such as Lord of the Rings series, Dragonheart: Vengeance, and One Night With The King. It follows the story of a young princess named Malina who goes on an epic adventure to save her beloved knight from captivity.
The book is set in fairy tale Spain. Michael dedicates his work to his mother, Anastacia Villalobos.
He was born in Taft, Texas, on November 28, 1972.
