David Mei’s “Magic Squares” is now available to purchase via our online bookstore
David Mei has published his book titled Magic Squares with Author Reputation Press.
This nonfiction work focuses on how magic squares have been discovered in the study of recreational mathematics and combinatorial design. It also discusses their applications.
A magic square is a grid filled with distinct positive integers in the range such that each cell contains a different integer and the sum of the integers in each row, column and diagonal is equal. Its existence dates back to ancient time, according to the author.
In the early days, it was considered “magical”. However, Magic Square is no longer magic, the author writes, but the era of magic square puzzle has just begun.
The application of Magic Square will be played by millions throughout the world. Mei hopes to help educators adopt magic square puzzles to schools’ curricula.
The book is now available to purchase via our online bookstore.
