All of us have either been the victims of bullying, seen someone else get bullied or maybe we were the bully. The world is full of fear and darkness, and we all face fear at one time or another. It may be caused by bullying or any other painful and difficult experience. Even through chaos, we can choose a better way to deal with our fears and have peace.

The lack of awareness of middle school teachers’ perceptions of middle school cyberbullying, prevention, and appropriate coping mechanisms was the topic addressed in this qualitative case study, which may limit schools’ and districts’ ability to effectively manage bullying.

Cyberbullying is on the rise, affecting more teenagers and young people than ever before. Bullying has reached new heights as a result of the increased adoption of computers and technological devices. Teenagers spend a significant amount of time on social media, which is rife with various forms of bullying. Being a victim of cyberbullying can have serious consequences, with students experiencing rage, melancholy, fear, low self-esteem, and suicidal ideation.

Cyberbullying is under-reported, and little is known about the most effective coping mechanisms for students. The goal of this qualitative case study was to look at how educators see middle school students’ cyberbullying coping techniques, as well as the potential and barriers to reducing negative results.
