Janisa J. Brunstein was born in Mérida, Venezuela. She is an executive chef, food geek, and professional artist. She earned her degree in international relations, thus her desire to go on an adventure and discover the world and all its wonders.
She is a real polyglot, fluent in five languages: Spanish, English, French, Italian, and Portuguese. She became a certified medical esthetician in Barcelona, Spain, and received her M.A. in Modern Languages & International Affairs from Universidad de los Andes in Venezuela.
