Author Spotlight: Wayne C. Elliott Sr., author of “Kiss and Kill”

Wayne C. Elliott Sr.

Wayne C. Elliott Sr. is an author from Nassau in the Bahamas. He is a novelist and has written three books including Kiss and Kill, which will be re-published by Author Reputation Press.

Born in New Providence, Bahamas, the author is the third son of six boys. Wayne attended school at Our Lady’s Catholic School. Later, he enrolled at then Highbury High, now R.M. Bailey Senior High.

After finishing his studies, Wayne joined the Royal Bahamas Police Force, where he served for 11 years. He later moved to the Central Bank of the Bahamas, where he worked as a Senior Security Officer for more than 24 years.

While in that role, Wayne was completing his fellowship with the Novel Writing Workshop of the Writer’s Digest school. He has so far written three books, including Kiss and Kill 2 and That Dreadful Bahamian Sunrise in addition to his first book.

His first book follows the story of Willie Jackson who owns the Silver Dollar Inn. One night, he meets Joyce who is sitting at the bar. She appears to have everything a man can ever dream about. But Willie’s growing attachment to her means he is also getting into trouble. He is ready to take the risk anyway, but at what cost?
