H. Allenger’s action-adventure novel Polyxena comes to life with a new book trailer

H. Allenger’s Polyxena, an action-adventure mythological fiction set in Troy, comes to life in this visually stunning book trailer, courtesy of Author Reputation Press.

Polyxena follows the story of its eponymous heroine who faces death after having rejected the advances of her captor since the fall of Troy. Polyxena relates her thoughts to Aphrodite, the Greek Goddess she holds responsible for having orchestrated her fate, to find solace and overcome her fear of death.

After Troy’s defeat, Polyxena becomes a captive of Achilles and the two found romance with each other. She is then sent to the Amazons to call for aid against the Greeks. She tries to keep their forbidden love a secret upon her return to Troy. However, through treachery, her brothers learn of it, leading to a tragic outcome for them both.
