Author Spotlight: Ashley Clyke, poet and author of “Cupid’s Bow”
Ashley Clyke, author of poetry collection Cupid’s Bow, has written engaging and beautiful poems since she was young.
Clyke wrote a poem during her high school days and it was selected for the Canadian government’s anti- racist campaign during that time. That poem was titled Human, One Planet One Race.
The author was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, where she still resides. She is the only child of her divorced parents; her Black Canadian father and her South Asian mother.
