Author Spotlight: Jim O’Connor, author of “The Bloke’s Guide to Brilliant Cooking”

Jim O’Connor is an author and educator with a penchant for creativity using both simple and complex subjects. He penned the book titled The Bloke’s Guide to Brilliant Cooking: And How to Impress Women.

This book started as a University assignment in which Jim was challenged to teach a subject for which he knew little about and one in which many of them knew much. The subject was cooking and the result was impressive.

He navigated the unfamiliar world of cooking and there he discovered that brilliance in the kitchen is possible for anyone willing to think differently about cooking.
