Taking a new approach on its genre, the book follows the story of of a teenage girl named Angela Fujiwara who attempts to learn the art of necromancy from Seth, a necromancer who saved her life from an evil vampire.

Angela goes through trials and tribulations to master the art of magic and necromancy, and she has to hone the unbelievable power she is trying to acquire.

The characters in this book are wonderfully providing support to our heroine, Angela. The other characters possess their own mystical powers they have worked hard to master.

However, Angela keeps her magical lessons from her parents and some of her friends, which presents challenges to her path to achieving her goals.
