“Speedbumps in the Middle of the Sea” is now available to purchase through our bookstore

Speedbumps in the Middle of the Sea, written under the pen name of Fireball, is now up for grabs via our online bookstore and the usual places.

The book relates the author’s daily experiences to the readers in a hilarious way.

It promises to “raise a few giggles” through a retelling of stories based on real events.

The author was born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya. He grew up to be a mischievous kid, so he was sent to a boarding school in England.

Since he did not participate in sports, he did all his homework (Prep, as they called it) during sports hour. As a result, he would wash dishes after evening meals, and all three Sunday meals, to earn extra money.

He used some of that money to buy records (45 RPM in those days). He would then make a recording of these songs on a cassette tape and send the tape back home to his sister.

The songs on the charts were not quite modern, so the author’s sister would get songs that they had not heard on the radio yet.
