Rolf Stibbe is the author of “The Isle of the Dragon,” a great book that tells a thrilling, gripping story

The Isle of the Dragon is a fantastic story with historical details, written by Rolf Stibbe. It is a fiction book about World War II in the South Pacific. The story is a bit like Jurassic Park, James Bond, and Raiders of the Lost Ark. There are a number of interesting people in this book. Captain Layton, a B-25 Mitchell’s bomber pilot. Lieutenant Foster, Layton’s trusted co-pilot, is flying this B-25 with the crew. These people are restless. They’ve completed numerous combat missions and are at the end of their rope.

Rolf Stibbe was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to German parents. He has been a member of the United States Air Force for more than two decades, serving throughout Desert Storm and Enduring Freedom. Since 1997, he has worked as a freelance writer for International Aviation magazine in both England and Australia. He has even been featured in Japan’s Shingetsu News Agency. He is a member of ASCAP, the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers, and is a copyright holder in New York City. His next project is to publish a series of military publications that recount the experiences of troops from World War One to the contemporary age.

The plot of The Isle of the Dragon revolves around a group of B-25 Mitchell bomber crews charged with sinking Japanese ships. One of the planes in the picture is the “Bugs Bunny,” a real aircraft – the B-25 Mitchell had been tasked with attacking a Japanese ship convoy. The B-25s, headed by the strike leader, assault these ships, but the “Bugs Bunny” is wrecked. On the way back, it’s flying the wrong way.

The plane’s freight and equipment are jettisoned, and the plane crashes on a seemingly desolate island. As a result, after they arrive on the island, things begin to go out of hand. A contingent of Japanese, Indian, and German troops is stationed on this island as part of a special mission. The airmen struggle to survive in captivity in this bush and attempt to flee. The allies have a bomber that’s accounted for the “Bugs Bunny”, and they’ve got to find that plane. The “Bugs Bunny” is nowhere to be found. They eventually find “Bugs Bunny,” and things start to get pretty exciting.
