Certainly, presidents are seen as leaders. For some, being in charge entails possessing a lot of power. Others believe that leading entails serving. Almost everyone aspires to be in a position of leadership. And the truth is that everyone is endeavoring to lead someone. People who lead, whether at home, in the workplace, in a community, or social organization, know that knowing the honor and the privilege of having responsibilities goes much beyond their personal lives. Leaders have followers; as the leader goes, so go the followers. Someone is always looking to you for direction if you are a leader in any field.

Being the president or commander-in-chief requires a clear vision, the capacity to convey that vision, and the anointing to use that vision to impact lives. In today’s culture, social popularity has skewed the concept of leadership, where the filter of image attracts followers while ignoring them. They’re blind guides leading blind people, and if one blind person guides another, they’ll both end up in a ditch.

A leader’s primary goal, whether in the organization or in the world, is to spawn more leaders. You must grow fruit in order to be effective in your capacity as a leader, and this process begins within you.

Ollie, the author of “Commander-in-Chief (44th President): I merged into we, and we became one…”, has never met the President or anyone with ties to his ancestors. Nonetheless, she feels connected on a personal level because of her perspective on the President. She is certain that the President recognizes and engages with ordinary people in the neighborhood. Despite the fact that he holds one of the world’s most prestigious positions, she believes he can interact with anyone on any level due to his demonstrated trust and honorable communication skills.

As a result, this collection of poems is based on the author’s personal experience with labor. She has debated many adversaries and friends while listening to the President’s speeches, reading his books, and reading various articles, which have been her only link to President Barack Obama of the United States of America. Three days before his reelection, the author began writing these poems.

When the author couldn’t sleep, rest, or relax, an unhealthy state to be in, especially if you’re a senior citizen, she set her pen to motion, and a state of relationship evolved just via this act. Ollie’s nerves bent as a result of this act.

Ollie was extremely moved by the President’s speeches. He sounded as if he was speaking directly to her. She was a million Ollie’s, though, as Ollie knows. This President has the ability to reach out and touch people’s hearts. It was as though she had returned to the VISTA World after a forty-year absence. Yes, there was the talented auditor, who served the people as a waiter, the son of a Kenyan man, the father; the Kansas mother who had tried to expose her son to all aspects of life, bringing him to this point.
