Benji Cole of CBS Radio interviews Nancy Przybylowicz, the author of a short, delightful story, “Total Fluff”

Nancy Przybylowicz, the animal-loving-and-caring author of “Total Fluff,” is interviewed by CBS Radio’s Benji Cole. They explore the message of the book as well as the author’s motivation for writing it.

Nancy Przybylowicz, the author, grew up in a suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her mother was a New Jersey native, while her father was from New York. Growing up, they kept a pet. They owned a cat, some goldfish, some bunny rabbits, and a bird. She simply owned a wide variety of animals. They relocated to the suburbs of Pennsylvania, where they were surrounded by other pet-loving neighbors.

Several of the author’s works, including “Application for Manhood,” “The Forgotten Five,” “On the Rise,” and “My Teapot Life,” were previously self-published. She likes reading, gardening, crafting, and working in the retail industry.

She once owned a Calico cat named Kissy and a German Shepard mix named Tulip when she was a little girl. Her favorite bird, a trio of captive-bred society finches, has been cared for by her. She credits her mother, Anne, who encouraged her to write the narrative and provided her with the pet-related event that served as inspiration for the story, inspiring her love of animals.

The best fictional dog story ever is “Total Fluff.” Follow the three kids (Sarah, Bobby, and Billy) as they rescue an abandoned dog and take care of it. Can they keep the dog if their parents agree? But who left the dog behind and why? Continue reading to figure out the answer to this riddle and others.
