Philippe Orsetti is the author of “The Orsetti Method”, a book about physical pain and how to reduce or eliminate it. When the author was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis, an autoimmune disease that causes weakness in the skeletal muscles, he experienced some discomfort and muscle cramps in his calf, as mentioned in the book. As he battled with the cramping pain, he tried various activities he learned in sports practices; however, the pain did not go away. But when he asked her wife to apply pressure at acupressure points, the paint went away.
Pain lives inside us. It is a result of trauma, an anxiety disorder, or a warning of a serious health problem. We won’t be able to identify what’s wrong with us unless we experience pain; it’s like a ticking time bomb that could detonate at any time.
