“The Mysterious Disappearance” by Dr. Daniel R. Carfrey is now available for purchase
“The doctrine of the Rapture of the Church is called a “mystery” by the apostle Paul. This is because the Rapture applies to the Church-age saints and was therefore not revealed to Israel in Old Testament times. It is also a mystery, in that this is the only time in which saints who are alive are instantly changed and caught up to meet the Lord in the air, without first dying.”

Author Reputation Press is honored to publish “The Mysterious Disappearance” by Dr. Daniel R. Carfrey. The purpose of this book is twofold. First, it is to give reasons why it is important to believe in the doctrine of the pre-Tribulation Rapture of the Church. The second purpose of this book is to address some disagreements among Pre-Tribulation Rapture scholars, though they are minor compared to those who deny the Pre-Tribulation position. The book is now available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and the ARP website.
Dr. Daniel Carfrey is a member of the Bible faculty at Appalachian Bible College in Bradley, West Virginia. He served on the faculty of Appalachian Bible College for 32 years and is now regarded as Faculty Emeritus. Prior to this, Dr. Carfrey served in the pastorate and planted two churches.
Having felt called to preach at the age of eight, he preached his first sermon at the age of twelve and was ordained as a preacher of the gospel at the age of twenty-one. He has been preaching and teaching for over fifty years since that time.
Dr. Carfrey earned his Doctor of Ministry at Baptist Bible Seminary in 2005. Dr. Carfrey is listed in the sixth, eighth, ninth, and tenth editions of Krouse’s Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers, as well as the 2008 Cambridge Who’s Who of Excellence in Religious Education.
This book will help to harmonize prophecies from both the Old and New Testaments for the reader who is interested in what the Bible has to say about future events, particularly the coming worldwide Tribulation and the Rapture of the Church. The same is true for those who would like to get a panoramic view of the entire book of Revelation.
This book will be of special interest to those who are already somewhat knowledgeable of the pre-Tribulation viewpoint of the Rapture of the Church. Five arguments are given to substantiate the validity and importance of this theological position. For the reader who does not claim to be a Christian, this book will challenge him or her to see their need to accept Jesus as their personal Savior now before it is too late.
