“The Rubber Room” is a historical romantic fiction narrative that is set in the 1950s. This presents the story of KateLynn McCray, a daughter of strict Irish Catholic parents, and how she must take on the three Cs of her life: change, commitment, and challenge. It also shows how the presence of religion can affect the relationship between the two characters in the story. KateLynn came from a strict Catholic family, while Jerry is a committed atheist.
“The Rubber Room Volume 2” is the sequel to the historical romance novel “The Rubber Room“. This book is the continuation of the love story of KateLynn and Jerry. Katey and Jerry are once again caught up in the three Cs: change, commitment, and challenges. They have had their disagreements over the years, but they have always managed to cling on to each other despite the countless bumps in their mutual bliss. However, their joyful relationship comes under threat when a cruel and vengeful CEO begins conspiring to depose Jerry, even resorting to physical threats.
“The Rubber Room” was also featured in the November 2022 issue of The New York Times Book Review. Current non-fiction and fiction books are reviewed in The New York Times Book Review (NYTBR), a weekly paper magazine supplement to the Sunday edition of The New York Times (an American daily newspaper with a worldwide readership reported in 2020 to be a growing 6 million paid digital subscribers). It is one of the most well-known and significant book reviews in the business.
