Spotlight TV’s Logan Crawford interviews Tambi Harwood, the author of the published book “I Am Not the Moon Lake Camp Killer,” which was nominated for the 2023 Eric Hoffer Book Award. The interview gives the readers an opportunity to get to know the inspiring author of this masterpiece.

The host of the program, Logan Crawford, is an actor and Emmy award-winning anchor, reporter, talk show host, and actor with recurring roles on such hit TV shows as Blue BloodsThe BlacklistHouse of CardsPerson of Interest, and The First Purge.

The author, Tambi Harwood, is a young adult science fiction novelist. She got an MFA in Writing Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University, where she also finished her first psionic time-travel book, “I Am Not the Moon Lake Camp Killer”. Her husband and two adolescent sons live in the San Francisco Bay Area. She attends ComicCon regularly and enjoys cosplaying as long as she can paint her entire body a different color.

She began writing when she was a young child. She became aware that she had lived a full life when she turned forty. Then she considers how she would lead another full life. This prompts decision-making. Reading is her favorite pastime, especially science fiction and fantasy.

“I Am Not the Moon Lake Camp Killer” by Tambi Harwood is a masterpiece that was displayed during the 2023 London Book Fair, which is the global marketplace for story creators and the industry’s essential spring chapter. Staged annually in April, LBF welcomes publishing professionals from around the world to London to learn, network, and kick off their year of business.

Furthermore, this work was highly praised by Mark Heisey of the US Review of Books, who highlighted that “the powers the author gives to the different characters are fun and help maintain the reader’s interest, and the interactions and motivations guiding the characters are enough to keep them from being flat. Fans of teen fiction looking for light and entertaining science fiction will find it within Harwood’s pages.”

Not only the US Review of Books, but the Hollywood Book Reviews, as well, reviewed and commended this work, saying, “this is a fun story to read as it addresses the theory of time paradox; what would happen if someone goes back in time to kill either themselves, or someone else? How drastic will the changes be and will it make the world better or worse? It’s fun and interesting to see how that idea is approached in this novel in a way that is not full of difficult jargon. Liam having powers, the real killer plus the time travel aspect, may seem like there is too much happening all at once, but Tambi Harwood makes it work in an engaging and thrilling tale.”

This work has been receiving accolades, from book reviews published by professional and well-known book reviewers to the release of its Hollywood Movie Script Coverage, which is one of the steps considered by the author in preparation for the book’s qualification for a Hollywood movie adaptation.
