An Executive Advance book trailer for “Searchers: The Irish Clans Book One of the Series” by Stephen Finlay Archer is now available
Author Reputation Press is delighted to announce the release of the professional book trailer for “Searchers: The Irish Clans Book One of the Series” by Stephen Finlay Archer. This book was commended by Kirkus Reviews, which acknowledges that “Archer has created colorful, sympathetic characters, all striving for better lives. He packs this dense volume with pungent details, giving the reader necessary context, and even provides eight pages of history at the volume’s end. Despite the abundance of information about the era, the narrative flows smoothly.”
Stephen Finlay Archer lives in Northern California with his wife, Kathy. He creates Irish historical fiction that explores Ireland’s heroic, difficult, and magical history. Stephen chose the budding profession of Aerospace Engineering in the 1960s and went on to handle the design, construction, and testing of communications satellites in Canada. He moved to California in 1983 to work for the Hughes Space and Communications Company.
He is a member of Writers Unlimited in California Goldrush Country and the North American and Irish branches of the Historical Novel Society. Prior to his retirement, he was an Aerospace Manager directing large-scale, delivery-in orbit, satellite systems for the U.S. Navy and NASA/NOAA.
“Searchers: The Irish Clans Book One of the Series” by Stephen Finlay Archer is the first historical fiction novel in an eight-book series that unearths the mysteries of an ancient Irish Clans pact.
It begins with a travesty at sea necessitating searchers for life’s treasures, both in 1915 Ireland, when the funeral of O’Donovan Rossa affords a golden opportunity to fan the flames of revolution, and in America, for transplanted Irish families connected to the world of the Irish Clans.
Three characters are guided by divine synchronicity and grapple with destiny. Claire, a fiery young Irish lady confused by amnesia and on the verge of death, may unintentionally hold the key to solving the mystery of an ancient clan.
Tadgh McCarthy, a young Irish rebel sea captain, faces a life-or-death decision to carry out his predetermined purpose in the revolution and to legitimize his inheritance as Clan Chieftain in the face of a tragedy at sea.
Collin O’Donnell, a beleaguered young Canadian riddled with guilt over the deaths of his parents and the loss of his sister, must make a crucial decision that may cost him the love of his life.
