Željko Vujović graduated from the faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade, Department of Electronics, and holds a Master’s degree from the Center for Multidisciplinary Studies of the University of Belgrade, majoring in Biomedical Engineering.
He worked as an engineer in Broadcasting Technology and Communications of the Television of Montenegro, as an engineer at the Clinical Hospital Center Podgorica, and as a professor at the Electrical Engineering School. He currently lives in Podgorica.
He has authored the following books: “Bosnia Needs To Be Passed – Aporias of Elijah of Thunder”, “A small album of Memories – excerpts from the biography Torn from Oblivion”, “From Nuclear Spin to Magnetic Resonance Imaging”, “What language did my mother speak?”, and “Remembrance”.
He also published scientific articles, such as: “Classification Model Evaluation Metrics”, “Big Data and Machine Learning”, and “Magnetic Resonance Signal”.

What stood out for me the most about the book was the personable
and intimate language in which this memoir was written. Alongside very eventful and vivid accounts about Branka’s childhood, family, upbringing, and University years, what transpires is a story about a woman finding her place in the world and dealing with life’s joys, challenges, and losses. The storytelling is gripping and relatable (for better or for worse), and covers many different themes/life experiences that many readers can connect with, from exploring and learning new things, finding one’s calling, falling in love, having a family, understanding one’s resilience, making mistakes, learning life, and dealing with its oftentimes unpleasant repercussions… All in all, a very entertaining and thought-provoking read.
