“From Boiling Water to Master of the Southern European Cuisine: A Travelogue” by Janisa J. Brunstein was among the books displayed by Author Reputation Press during the Frankfurt Book Fair 2023 in Frankfurt, Germany, on October 18–22, 2023.
The Frankfurter Buchmesse, reportedly known as the world’s largest trade fair for books, opened its doors to participants around the globe celebrating books and their authors. The massive book fair also celebrated its 75th anniversary this year. Slovenia, their guest of honor this year, presented itself as a nation with a rich literary history in addition to being a desirable tourism destination.
It is the best platform for publishers and authors to engage with international audiences and share stories. This year, over 105,000 trade visitors from 130 countries and 110,000 audiences participated in this big event. This year attracted more visitors compared to last year when there were 93,000 trade visitors and 87,000 audiences. Over 2,600 activities were covered by more than 7,000 media professionals during the five days of the exhibition.
Author Reputation Press is dedicated to promoting literary connections between authors and readers. In line with this, ARP displayed several of its remarkable books at the largest book trade fair in the world. The book gallery was even more alluring because of the large variety of genres on exhibit.

The Los Angeles Times Calendar published the September 24, 2023, issue, in which a few of ARP’s publications are featured. The book by Janisa J. Brunstein was one of the books featured in the issue. The said publication is a 14-page Sunday issue that presents different ideas, people, events, and others.
The author, Janisa J. Brunstein, is an executive chef, food geek, and professional artist, born in Mérida, Venezuela. Cooking has been her lifelong passion and inspiration since childhood. She earned her B.A. in Culinary Arts from the Institut Paul Bocuse, Écoles des Arts Cuilinaires et de L’HÔtellerie in Lyon, France.
She is a true polyglot who speaks five languages: Spanish, English, French, Italian, and Portuguese. She became a certified medical esthetician in Barcelona, Spain, and received her M.A. in Modern Languages and International Affairs from the Universidad de los Andes in Venezuela. She’s a world traveler and a fine arts aficionado.
