“Summer in Jane’s Garden” by Jane Huml is now available for purchase

“Every day, the garden plants change. Flowers wither and vegetables begin to grow.”
– an excerpt from the book
Author Reputation Press is honored to publish “Summer in Jane’s Garden” by Jane Huml. The book is now live and can be purchased in online bookstores, particularly at the ARP bookstore.
Jane Huml is a retired special education teacher from Cleveland, Ohio. She was born and raised in Cleveland and attended Cleveland public schools, where she later taught. She lived in Shoreline, Connecticut, for about a dozen years, where she learned to work with special needs adults at a company called VISTA (Vocational Life Skills Center) and walked the beach every day.
She has a sister who is a professional artist and therefore did the illustrations for this book, and a brother who is a retired electrician. She also has three grown sons, six grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.
Today, she lives a short walk from the water. This time, it’s Lake Erie again.
This wonderful and meaningful story is about a scarecrow named Lisi Anthus who comes to live in Jane’s Garden. Plants that grow there and creatures that come to eat. She is not always happy with the creatures, but she shares with her neighbors. The ending shows the neighborliness of gardening.
