Dr. Vernon Carrigan is a retired internal medicine physician who worked for four decades as a physician and health care administrator in his hometown at Clarksville, Tennessee. He was also the founder of Bethany House in Clarksville which was a faith-based restorative program on his farm for drug-addicted women.
