“Peace In The Valley: Devotions For The Hospice Patient” by Kay Singley is now live

Author Reputation Press is glad to announce the publication of “Peace In The Valley: Devotions For The Hospice Patient” by Kay Singley. This is now available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, ARP website, and other leading online bookstores.

Kay Singley is a former hospice chaplain. She holds a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry and is the pastor of the First Christian Church in Cincinnati, Iowa, as well as a Biblical Counselor at New Vision in Bloomfield, Iowa.

She lives among the gentle rolling hills in rural Moulton, Iowa. She treasures the time that she can spend with her children and grandchildren.

“Peace In The Valley: Devotions For The Hospice Patient” by Kay Singley is a collection of thirty short devotions to provide comfort, strength, hope, peace, and guidance for hospice patients and their families. As a former hospice chaplain, Kay realizes that many people in this season of life become disconnected from a local church.

Some have been unable to attend church or participate in the fellowship for a number of years due to bad health. Others in their circumstances are seeking a connection with God, even though they have never attended church or trusted in God before.

These devotions are intended to help you navigate this path and deal with your circumstances in a positive, joyful, and faith-filled manner. Kay hopes that this book will inspire you to share your abilities, knowledge, and skills with others while leaving a lovely, loving legacy for your family.

As a nurse practitioner, a Christian counselor and a widow I believe this book would be very useful for anyone seeking God’s help to deal with the mental and emotional stresses of a terminal illness. Very nicely written, easy to read and understand. The sections are short and not overly tiring.
