“Societal Codependency: Subconsciously Driven Human Behavior and the State of World Society” by Gerald Radlauer M. D. was displayed at the 2024 Los Angeles Times Festival of Books (LATFOB) – Book Gallery
“Societal Codependency: Subconsciously Driven Human Behavior and the State of World Society” by Gerald Radlauer M. D. was among the books displayed by Author Reputation Press during the 2024 Los Angeles Times Festival of Books (LATFOB) at the University of Southern California on April 20–21, 2024.
The LATFOB is considered to be one of the world’s most significant literary gatherings. It has been held every year since 1996 with the goal of bringing together the people who create books and the people who love to read them. It is attended by more than 550 authors, celebrities, storytellers, and hundreds of exhibitors.
The Los Angeles Times is the country’s biggest metropolitan daily newspaper, with more than 40 million unique latimes.com visitors monthly, a Sunday print readership of 1.6 million, and a combined print and online local weekly viewership of 4.4 million. The Pulitzer Prize-winning Times has been covering Southern California for more than 140 years.
Author Reputation Press once again showcased some of its amazing books in a wide selection of genres in this year’s LATFOB. This book gallery aims to connect readers and authors by exposing it at an event attended by audiences around the globe.
Author Gerald Radlauer is an Apple Valley, California, internal medicine practitioner. When he visited Kenya in 2005 on a medical mission, he was astounded not by the poverty he had expected to see, but rather by the extreme poverty in spite of the nation’s wealth of natural resources, pleasant environment, and trillions of dollars in aid.
As he pondered the reason behind this, he came up with a theory: generational trauma caused by colonialism and the slave trade continues to exist today.
These poor mentalities are widespread and are frequently controlled by societal rulers in order to preserve the status quo; this phenomenon is known as “societal codependency.”
In “Societal Codependency: Subconsciously Driven Human Behavior and the State of World Society” by Gerald Radlauer M. D., codependency is defined, its social and personal dimensions are highlighted, and the effects of pervasive codependent behavior are discussed.
