“She speaks with modest refinement, her English accent inspiring great confidence. The approval of some of the men shows more than professional interest in her good work done on behalf of the college.”

AR Press is honored to publish “Alumni Fund” by Christopher Lee Bowen. The book is now available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and the ARPress website.
Author Christopher Lee Bowen, born in the Philippines, lived in Qingdao, China, served in the US Army, and worked for the Defense Intelligence Agency. Undergraduate degree from School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University; graduate degree from University of Minnesota. Resides in Oakland, California.
“Alumni Fund” presents Abington College, a very small, antique, once women-only New England college that is venerable and broke, and hires a butch Jewish PhD from Brooklyn to salvage what can be in the face of crashing enrollment and a desperate need to retain full-paid tuition students despite their academic deficiencies.
Add to this crisis management, Amanda Hyde (with Jekyll as foreground), English, a former au pair girl employed by a New York mafia family, now head of the Abington College Alumni Fund, a picaresque rise from au pair to stripper at the Kit Kat Club in Manhattan, and by means of forged documentation to eligibility for her current position, aided in her financial and professional success by a hitman and a plague of fatal accidents among the alumni. All parts of the larcenous tale you are about to read if you are lucky enough to get a copy of this book.
