Wilbur McCoy “Joe” Otto has a BA with Honors in Economics, as well as the Judge Advocate General’s School and the University of Michigan Law School (JD), Virginia’s Charlottesville, with distinction. He is acknowledged as the first defendant. He is credited with being the first trial attorney in the US to use video testimony in state and federal courtrooms in 1969 and 1970. The creation of offshore captive insurance programs by universities near medical centers with Mr. Otto’s assistance has greatly reduced the costs for our university medical center.
“Resurrection? Fact or Fiction? A Trial Lawyer Examines the Evidence” is a narrative that focuses on a comparison of the events in the Bible and the state of the present time. It is a deep understanding and study as Mr. Otto presented evidence as to whether the resurrection of God was true or purely fictional. He dug deep into the words of the Bible and presented a timeframe and reason to back up the claims in his book.
What matters is what a person believes and has faith in God, whether it is fiction or fact. There may be enough evidence that it may be true. However, there are still people who are against it. Facts, claims, and false assumptions are nothing without support. However, the book that Mr. Otto created proves that there’s enough evidence. It’s up to the person who reads to believe it.
