H. Allenger, author of the mythology fiction book Polyxena, has joined social media!

His book follows the story of Polyxena, the daughter of Troy’s king Priam.

Upon the fall of Troy, Polyxena suddenly had to face death for having denied the advances of her captor, Neoptolemus.

Then, she makes a plea to Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty who she feels is responsible for her fate. Polyxena recounted her mission to seek help from the Amazons to fight alongside Greece in the Trojan war, and how she fell captive to Achilles after their defeat.

It’s an engaging story about a forbidden love that quickly blossoms between Polyxena and Achilles, with the former trying to keep it hidden from her family upon her return home.

However, her brothers find out the truth about them through treachery. This led to a tragic ending for the lovers.
