Sarah Cadore publishes her book “The Dream”, a book about perseverance and determination
Author Sarah Cadore, who was awarded the “Top 100 Black Women to Watch in Canada 2019″, has released her family-oriented thriller book The Dream. The book is now available to purchase through several places online, including Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
The Dream follows the story of Nelly and Hugo as they labor their way through success, equipped with tenacity and perseverance.
Nelly is a jolly, young woman surrounded by love from her family and friends. However, she is one day ostracized when she contracts a serious disease that renders her disabled.
While she doesn’t feel a bit of self-pity or inferiority due to her disability, Nelly’s predicaments turn out to be just beginning to pile up.
Meanwhile, Hugo is different from other men in Nelly’s town, and their marriage only further pushes her beyond the limits of accepted norm. As outcasts, they lose their beloved children and eventually meets their own demise.
Stella, their daughter, becomes a lawyer many years later. She dreams about her past that would haunt her forever. She sets out to find answers to her questions and ultimately reunites with her long-lost brother. At the same time, Stella has to battle the horrors from her childhood responsible for her family’s demise.
