Seana Coughlin is the author of “Father Sky, Mother Earth and Me,” a spiritual children’s book that reminds us of the importance of faith and hope

Seana Coughlin is the author of Father Sky, Mother Earth, and Me, a wonderful novel. The story follows Skyler, a young kid who goes for a walk in the woods and is met by the natural world with little hellos from heaven. Skyler’s experience is a cheerful one, filled with positive lessons that he finds reassuring on the inside. Skyler goes for a walk in the woods. He goes for a walk on the beach. He’s on the lookout for birds as well as rainbows. He gazes at the stars in the night sky at one point. And everything that Skyler is looking at gives him hope that his loved ones are still alive. Even though they have died and gone to heaven.

Seana Coughlin is a Brooklyn-based Early Childhood Special Education teacher. She worked as an Early Childhood Education Teacher in Massachusetts for 16 years. She has also done a great deal of spiritual work. She is a certified angel card reader, a Reiki Master, and a graduate of Applied Compassion Training to be a compassionate ambassador from ACT, which is affiliated with Stanford University. In addition, she is a trained intuitive grief counselor. She has spent the last eight years studying what occurs after we die and how to grieve in a constructive, healthy, and compassionate manner. Her own experiences influenced the plot of Father Sky, Mother Earth, and Me because her beloved son, Skyler, was tragically killed eight years ago.

She has spent a lot of time since then learning about what happens when we die and where we go, as well as how to communicate with our natural world in order to receive signs from our loved ones in heaven.

There is a great deal of sadness and grief in the world. Grief is difficult to comprehend and convey. Any grief process is excruciatingly painful. It was as if we were blending melancholy and loneliness with anxiety about what the future held and fear of how we would handle it all.

This is a spiritual children’s book that teaches young ones about how humans are related to the Universe in very genuine and unique ways. Read about Skyler’s fantastic adventure.

This narrative aids children in their awareness of the natural world and what to look for when searching for treasured family members and deceased animals.

When working with children who are grieving, this is a must-read book.

I am a friend of your parents. I am so inspired by this write up about you. Your angel card reader got my attention since I just recently have had a feeling I should know more about angels. I would like to order your book also. I prayed for you upon hearing your sons tragic death. What a beautiful way to honor him.
