An excerpt from a book written by Jean-Marie Vianney Nkusi, “The Healer”

“The Healer” is about when Jean-Marie Nkusi was just twelve years old. He was living in a refugee camp in Burundi when he got malaria and went into a coma. He had a miraculous, transformative religious experience while he lay on the hospital bed, surrounded by his family, who were reciting the Rosary. He perceived his body rising towards Heaven, where he encountered Jesus Christ and the Virgin Mary. They informed him that although he had been restored, he still had to come back to earth to spread the special message of God’s love.

The Lord wants you to receive the healing, well-being, and wholeness that He purchased for you at Calvary. By going to the scourging stake and finally the cross, Jesus paid the whole price for your health and completeness. The same Jesus who wants to heal you now if you are unwell in any manner is the same Jesus who healed everyone who sought healing from Him while He was on earth. You will better grasp the Lord’s will and work for healing after reading this story. It will help you create a moral foundation for healing and motivate you to reach out in faith so that you might get well.

“As my state of health was in complete hopelessness. My Spirit was praying to Father God in the Precious name of Jesus Christ. Remember Th at Jesus Christ was a patron of the little children and believed that he will make a miracle in my life and heal me. I then asked Jesus to smile to me and heal me now. All the sudden as I was calling my mommy and my daddy to come to rescue me for, I was dying.

My spirit started to sing a song called Jesus love the little children, Jesus loves the little children, Jesus loves the little children and suddenly my spirit was taken away in the very beautiful place called Heaven and Jesus Christ came to welcome me smiling and then said Smile my beloved Child Jean- Marie and said do not worry from now for your prayer was hard, you are healed. Jesus Christ holds my hand as he was talking to me in Kinyarwanda telling me how much he loves me. I felt very happy and peaceful. He took me to meet his mother, Th e Virgin Mary. She was a very beautiful lady. She then joyfully lifted me up and putted me on her laps carefully touching my head and massaging my shoulders and I felt completely healed and very happy.“
