“My first family liked to feed me table scraps and I liked to eat so I got a little chubby, but I was happy with them.”

Author Reputation Press is honored to publish “Midge: My Life Story” by Beverly Koribanic. This masterpiece is presented from a unique POV, which is different from how typical stories are told. Reading the story feels like seeing through the heart of the speaker. This book is now available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and the ARP website.
The author of this book has published a novel, “WOW! Scammed or Not Scammed!”, prior to this engaging picture book. To learn more about the novel, read this blog post: https://press.authorreputationpress.com/2023/01/13/wow-scammed-or-not-scammed-by-beverly-koribanic-is-available-for-purchase/.
The author of the book, Beverly Koribanic, is a native of Pittsburgh, Pa. She was a mainframe programmer, analyst, and project leader for many major companies in Pittsburgh. After a layoff for one of the major companies, she decided to use her real estate license. While doing her real estate duties, she met the owners of Midge.
She decided to write this book after meeting this sweet little dog that was going to be euthanized because the original owner of Midge passed away and the people she was to be given to didn’t want her because they had to rent a house and the landlord didn’t want any pets.
Beverly had trouble understanding why anyone wanted to put down a dog at 10 years old that wasn’t in need of being put down, so she decided to adopt her. And this is where “Midge: My Life Story” begins.
The author hopes that writing this story about Midge will benefit children with disabilities or children who have switched foster homes a lot. It doesn’t matter what has happened to you; it is how you handle it and have the foresight to realize that it is not your fault.
Your personality is what shines through. Midge went through a lot of changes and handicaps, but her personality shone through, and no one knew. What people saw was a sweet little dog. How she handled the many transitions that she went through was amazing.
