A book trailer for “No Fear, No Doubt, No Regret: Investing In Life’s Challenges Like A Warrior” by Robert Omilian is now available

Author Reputation Press is excited to announce the release of the book trailer for “No Fear, No Doubt, No Regret: Investing In Life’s Challenges Like A Warrior” by Robert Omilian.

Robert Omilian is an Information Technology Director. Additionally, he is a portrait artist, specializing in Pen and Ink. He has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in philosophy and economics.

The author shared that when his son, Alan, began to physically decline due to illness, he pulled back from his fast-paced career to spend more time with his son. This additional time left him to be a better father and person.

“No Fear, No Doubt, No Regret: Investing In Life’s Challenges Like A Warrior” by Robert Omilian presents a touching story that demonstrates the power of a parent’s unconditional love. This is a compelling story of a father that leads parents to want to be warrior parents.

This masterpiece was applauded by Barbara Bamberger Scott of the US Review of Books, to wit “Here he speaks as a parent and as someone involved in an intimate spiritual journey impelled by the example of his son, who, it is plain from his description, could have risen to great heights were it not for the physical disabilities that continually sapped his energies. The author has devised nine insights that form the basis for nine of the book’s dynamic chapters. In each instance, examples from Alan’s hard-fought struggles against adversity demonstrate the principles that Omilian espouses: respond to difficulties in a defining way; nurture hope; make choices “from the heart;” look and listen for angels in our lives; live our dreams, not our troubles; avoid isolation; find life force; live in awe and wonderment, without trying to predict our life’s journey; and embrace that journey.”

  • Lessons Learned from Our Special Children

Recently, a fellow parent asked me why I was chosen to have such a special experience in raising my son Alan. I lost him more than ten years ago but his memories remain vivid as ever. But I had not ever considered myself “special” for being his parent. I simply did what I had to do to make his life better, every day, no matter what the current crisis may have been. But she insisted that I was chosen to have this experience and I must not keep it secret anymore. This shook me and kind of offended me at first, since I did write No Fear No Doubt No Regret. She insisted I need to do more. Too many parents live with their “special” experiences, silently, never sharing except for maybe close friends. The world, she mentioned, and especially the young people today, suffering from anxiety, depression, and confusion from all the influences in social media, need to hear about Alan and how he chose to deal with his crisis.

I know, as I have grown older, the thought of dying immediately generates panic in me. I have so much yet to do, to say, to achieve, I think. But yet, Alan for some reason did not panic as he continued to get weaker and weaker. He somehow focused upon what he could control and just made that his daily goals.

There is so much more to Alan’s story but I also know how many other special stories must exist from parents and children who face similar crisis today. Please share your stories and I promise to continue sharing mine. Maybe we can all learn from each other.
