Author Reputation Press is going to the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books 2024 at the University of Southern California on April 20–21, 2024

A glimpse of what happened last year…

Author Reputation Press (AR Press) has been actively participating and engaging in various worldwide events, such as book fairs, conferences, book exhibitions, and book signings, and still leaves room for contemporary book events.

ARP’s authors have been aspiring to connect and engage as many authors, publishers, educators, libraries, and many more as possible. It has always been the heart of ARP to share stories of diversity where different cultures, languages, and religions, with all their differences, come together to listen, understand, and learn life through different eyes.

The years of success that ARP and its published authors have had have been fruitful not just to the authors but to the readers and many organizations as well. From the American Library Association (ALA) Annual Conference to different book fairs such as the 75th Frankfurt Book Fair (Frankfurter Buchmesse), Bologna Children’s Book Fair (New Title Showcase), London Book Fair, Beijing International Book Fair (BIBF), and counting.

Now, ARP is beyond excited and honored to announce that we will be participating in the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books 2024, hosted by the University of Southern California, on April 20–21, 2024. It is one of the world’s most significant literary gatherings. This celebrated event presents various authors representing diverse genres, from established literary figures to emerging talents each year. Whether you’re drawn to fiction, non-fiction, poetry, or children’s literature, the festival promises to captivate every literary palate.

Set against the scenic backdrop of USC’s campus, the festival offers many family-friendly activities and entertainment options. Attendees can engage in panels and discussions, facilitating enriching exchanges among fellow book enthusiasts, authors, scholars, and thought leaders. From storytelling sessions to book signings and interactive exhibits, a wealth of experiences awaits visitors of all ages.

Immerse yourself in the cultural event of the year at the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books. Over 300 exhibitors and more than 500 authors will be there, making it the largest FREE book festival in the Northern Hemisphere.

Activities throughout the weekend will include book signings, readings, poetry, immersive experiences, food, music, and much more. Discover new perspectives and transport yourself to imaginary worlds during this fun-filled, literary celebration of storytelling.

Last year, thousands gathered Saturday at USC’s University Park Campus to celebrate the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books, an annual tradition that has become the nation’s largest literary and cultural festival.

Book lovers from around the country braved the city’s first hot weekend of the year to descend on USC and enjoy panel-style interviews with award-winning, celebrity, and lesser-known authors; watch musical acts (including some with USC origins) on several stages throughout the campus; and visit booths from independent bookstores, publishing companies, and other literary-themed organizations. It’s the 28th year for the festival, which USC has hosted since 2011.
