Author Spotlight: Sean McKeithen, author of “Redux”
Sean McKeithen, author of children’s story Redux, first dabbled in short stories before properly venturing into fiction novel. However, it was in this field that he also first received a rejection letter from a publisher.
His first heartbreak in literature did not dampen his spirit and he went on with his goal to become a published author. At 31, Sean published his first novel, now under the Author Reputation Press brand.
Sean failed his studies as a student at the University of California, Santa Barbara. After that, he returned to his home in northern California, where he helped his father make paintings for a living.
Where he failed in the academe, Sean found success in the field of arts. Later, it occurred to him to revive his interest in writing, and so he started work on Redux. He spent only three weeks to complete the manuscript, though not without requiring a lot of editing. Nonetheless, Sean considers the book a fresh literary work and the first of its kind.
Writing has never been new to Sean, having been writing since his childhood and he excelled at it. He was born in California.
I didn’t think of my self as an author when I was young but the calling was strong. I am overjoyed with Author Press and am looking forward to the publication of my book.
Thanks for trusting our company, Sean. We look forward to the release of your book soon.
