Pacific Book Review praises Charles Campise’s memoir for its humor and unique perspective

Adventures of a Rideshare Driver by Charles Campise presents a series of events from the author’s personal experiences in a humorous, yet poignant way to the readers. This is how the Pacific Book Review describes Campise’s book, praising it for its unique perspective.
The book tells about Campise’s various memories from his time spent driving for a ride-sharing company.
The stories took place in Austin, Texas, and around the area over three years, beginning in June 2014. Mostly, these memories were about his passengers that range from drunk college students to dignitaries.
These brief moments have stood out to Campise for various reasons, and PBR’s Liz Konkel remarks that these “brief anecdotes are written in an episodic fashion with most of them averaging the size of a paragraph and create a series of images that feels as if you’re flipping through his photo album of funny stories.”
If you’re interested in the book or have worked for a ride-share company, then Campise’s book is a must-read. You can purchase a copy via our online bookstore.
