A professional book trailer for “The Hawk of Yonezawa” by Donald D. Joye is now available
A professional book trailer for Donald D. Joye’s “The Hawk of Yonezawa” has been released. The story takes place in Japan in the year 1972 and is based on fictional adventures of a legendary musician, Johann Sebastian Bach. This book shows how music reaches the hearts and souls of people.
A historical fiction novella featuring the genius Johann Sebastian Bach, off on his journey to attend a concert when something unfortunate happens. His coach’s wheel fell off, and he missed the concert. It angers him that he couldn’t witness the thrill of music played by Handel.
However, in life, there’s always something better that awaits us. Perhaps meeting new people or moving to a new location will help.
On his trip back, Bach met a young mother and her twelve-year-old boy. As they introduced each other, they found out that he was a musician, a composer, and an organist, so they didn’t miss the chance to invite him to fix the organ at their church. Bach graciously refused, but then the stagecoach broke down again, and an unexpected thing happened.
Along with the young mother and her child, will Bach fix the organ at the local church?
Music touches the hearts of humans. It didn’t have a neutral form, yet it brings warmth to cold hearts.
