“Ramses Warning” presents the story of a war over water. Ethiopia intends to divert 80% of the Nile River from Egypt for agricultural purposes. Egypt is compelled to unite with Libya, and together they assault Ethiopia, Sudan, and Chad until American Special Forces drive them back, while Libya resorts to chemical weapons. To avert a chemical attack in the region, the US is obliged to employ nuclear weapons.
