In 2002, he retired from the position of Director of Engineering at Chrysler Corporation and currently resides in scenic eastern Tennessee. When he and his wife are not traveling for sightseeing or visiting relatives, they are enthusiastic participants in local charity activities.

In the book “The Principle of Love & Marriage: Or How to be Married ‘Happily Ever After’” proposes that there is a single, easy-to-understand principle that all marriages should be based on. If this principle is not understood, there is a risk of a rocky relationship or even divorce. If a couple understands this principle, they are certain to have a fantastic marriage filled with happiness and personal growth for as long as they live.

The book begins by describing the negative implications of poor marriage on not just the parties involved but on society as a whole. It then examines how our culture, beginning in childhood, enables people to misinterpret this fundamental concept. Once you understand the principle, the author describes not only the enormous benefits in happiness and personal growth that will result but also some of the challenges that it will require in honesty and respect, which may not come easily at first but are well worth the effort in all aspects of your life.
